GRAB YOUR CLEATS
EXPERIENCE FCA...
We want to thank you for your interest in partnering with the FCA ministry in your area!
FCA volunteers play a vital role in moving the ministry forward on campus and in the community. There are several ways that you can serve alongside your local FCA staff. Click on the links below to get more information about how you can "Grab Your Cleats".
The primary way we ensure we have enough volunteers is by having the local Body of Christ (local churches) adopt campuses and use the people equity they have to fill the volunteer positions needed to saturate the campus so that we can accomplish our mission.
GETTING IN THE GAME AS A VOLUNTEER
The Campus Coach is a critical position to help us manage all the ministry that is happening on campus, from the Campus Huddle to all the Team Huddles and Coaches Ministries.
This volunteer position works closely with the Area Reps and Area Director to achieve missional goals.
A Character Coach engages with a specific team to equip and empower the coach and athletes to have character and earns the right to share the Gospel with them.
This volunteer position is trained by our FCA staff to work within the framework of the local school setting and with the access the coach gives.
The Huddle Sponsor is volunteer position that works with the huddle to provide the necessary resources they need to be successful. That may be donuts, pizza, pens, paper, Bibles, etc.
This person will work with the school staff sponsor or coach, the student leaders, as well as the local FCA staff.
FCA has many opportunities both on and off campuses to help out. A General volunteer might not see themselves working with a coach or with students directly, but want to help out in other ways.
We need volunteers to help us with stuffing newsletters into envelopes, or with large and small fundraising events. There are lots of ways to get involved.
